I believe that time is very near for most buyers who purchase a home in the last 2 years to refinance, and if you fit that time frame, I'm sure you're getting solicited by a lot of lenders. 

Be careful!  Most of them do not have your best interest in mind.  Many of these loan officers are more trained in sales tactics than loan options.  Their only goal is to get you to lock a rate ASAP.
